With an Honours BSc in Hospitality Management from DIT, and nearly 25 years of hands-on experience, I understand how to craft food moments that are as thoughtful as they are delicious.
As a passionate recipe developer, I’ve created original, mouthwatering dishes for brands like Bord Bia, Kilmeaden, Alpro, and Bujo—food that looks beautiful, tastes incredible, and truly connects with people.
You’ll also find me hosting pop-up supper clubs and demoing at events like Taste of Dublin, WellFest, and Ballymaloe Festival of Food, sharing food stories and ideas in an engaging, approachable way.
