I’m a natural on the mic—and I absolutely love it. From telly segments to live demos, podcasts, radio shows, and everything in between, hosting is where I truly come alive. With years of experience welcoming guests, chefs, and audiences of all kinds, I know how to make people feel at ease and engaged—whether I’m front and center or guiding someone else through their moment to shine.

I’m proud to be the main stage host at Taste of Dublin, and I’ve hosted demos and panel talks at incredible events like WellFest, Ballymaloe Festival of Food, Electric Picnic’s Theatre of Food, Bloom, and Eat the Streets.

You’ll also catch me on the Six O’Clock Show, where I’ve been a regular cooking contributor for nearly six years, and on Newstalk, chatting all things in-season and delicious.

I’ve led online campaigns and interviews for brands like the National Dairy Council and Sysco, and I love creating relaxed, energetic spaces—whether it’s a brand activation, podcast, panel discussion, or full-blown party. If it involves people, food, good chat, and good vibes—I’m in.
